‘The Crown’ Actress Vanessa Kirby Joins ‘Fast & Furious’ Spin-Off

All drama aside, Fast & Furious spin-off, ‘Hobbs and Shaw’ is happening and the cast is starting to build up around stars Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham. The newest addition to the cast is Vanessa Kirby, best known for her role in ‘The Crown’. Kirby, who can also be seen later this summer in ‘Mission Impossible: Fallout’, will be joining the film as the sister of Jason Statham’s character, Deckard Shaw. Together, they will all be going up against Luke Evans, who is not only the film’s baddie, but is also Shaw’s brother. See… it may be a spin-off, but it’s still all about family.

Helming the film will be Deadpool 2 director David Leitch with Fast and Furious franchise alum Chris Morgan. Hobbs and Shaw is set to hit theaters on July 26, 2019.
