It’s been a while since we’ve had a new Scientifically Accurate video from Animation Domination HD. Well, they are back with a new video to ruin a bit of our childhood (in a good way, not in a Michael Bay way.)
Here’s a little bit of clarification on one of the more disturbing parts of the video:
Note: The process described in this video is “anointing,” described by Wikipedia thusly: When the animal encounters a new scent, it will lick and bite the source, then form a scented froth in its mouth and paste it on its spines with its tongue. The specific purpose of this ritual is unknown.
