The crime against nature is called The Herbivorous Butcher. The single most surprising detail about this butcher shop is not that it only serves fake meat, but that it’s opening in Minneapolis and not in Brooklyn.
The new shop is the Kickstarter brainchild of the brother/sister team of Aubry and Kale Walch. Not only do they plan on opening up their shop to the public in April, 2015, but they also plan on making their vegan ribs, sausages and deli meats will be available for delivery throughout the U.S.
Some of their most popular products include: Smoky House Ribs, Pepperoni, Teriyaki Jerky, Italian sausage and deli bologna, maple-glazed bacon, Andouille sausage, Scarborough chicken and Mexican chorizo.
