While Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe are making it big in the movies, Rupert Grint is looking at the small screen for his next move. CBS has just cast him as the lead for the new show, Super Clyde, the story of a young man who decides he wants to be a superhero.
Grint will play the title chracter, Clyde, who is a fast food worker, border-line agoraphobe who like comics and has anxiety issues.
When an eccentric uncle dies and leaves him a 100,000 dollar a month inheritence, he decides to follow his dreams and become a heroe.
The show was created by Greg Garcia, the creator of My Name Is Earl and Raising Hope.
