Jigsaw is one of, if not the most iconic villain in the world of The Punisher. It’s been revealed that the baddie will be taking center stage in season three of The Punisher’s Netflix series. Unfortunately, new set images reveal a version of the character that has been heavily toned down from the grotesque look that earned him his name in the comics.
In new set images that were snagged by gossip site, JustJared, we can see actor Ben Barnes as Billy Russo/ Jigsaw, and the view is a little underwhelming. Instead of the horribly scarred jigsaw puzzle of a face that we are used to, it’s looking like Barnes will have just a few scars across his face. It’s yet to be determined whether this is how he’ll look for the whole season, or if we are looking at him before he becomes fully “Jigsawed.”
