This Sunday’s episode of The Simpson’s takes aim at the spoiler culture that has popped up around comic book movies and other big-budget releases. In the episode, titled Bart The Bad Guy, Bart blackmails directors Joe and Anthony Russo after seeing a new superhero movie a month before release. If they don’t give him everything he wants, he’ll spoil the film.
We’ll be honest, the Simpsons is not the show it used to be. In reality, the big reason for the heavy promotion is most likely the fact that this Sunday will also be the premiere of FOX’s newest animated series, Duncanville (a show that literally no one is talking about). Either way, the Avengers: Infinity War inspired poster is pretty cool and we’re curious to see what they do with their take on Thanos, Iron Man, and what appears to be Tree Lady and Humpback Guy.
