Seinfeld ended it’s TV run on NBC back in 1998, but it is still considered to be one of the best sitcoms in TV history. That is just one of the reasons why people now celebrate Festivus, and why his fans are as rabid as ever.
For those fans who want even more Seinfeld in their lives, Artuitive has designed an exact miniature replica of his TV show apartment set in 1:26 scale. This isn’t just about creating the room either, there are over 100 little finishes in the replica that will bring you back to your favorite Seinfeld memories. There are cups and dishes in the cupboard, Jerry’s Apple Macintosh is over by the window, and there’s even a bowl of cereal on the counter.
The materials used to create this masterpiece are metal, plastic, wood, and fabric with a hand-painted finish so the apartment looks like it’s been lived in.
So how much will this little piece of art set you back? You can expect to pay $400… if you get in before March 1st’s pre-order deadline. Then, like the opposite of George’s Junk in cold water, the price will grow to $500.
It will be interesting to see if there are really 5,000 Seinfeld fans out there who are willing to pay that much for this piece of memorabilia.
You can pre-order the piece HERE.
