Super perky 40-year-old cooking-talkshow hostess, Rachael Ray, is expected to take a two week or more hiatus from her show as she is expected to undergo surgery to remove a cyst near her larynx.
According to report from The National Enquirer, the former heavy smoker was stunned when doctors recently discovered a potentially dangerous growth near her larynx. Reports from Ray’s rep states however, that the procedure is minor and is a “common in-and-out procedure that she will have in early December and it will not adversely affect any of her daytime show or Food Network tapings.”
