Artist Felipe Magaña may be from Chile, but his anime and mecha illustrations are as good as the best works that we’ve seen coming out of Japan.
Felipe’s love of all things anime comes through in his art inspired by Studio Ghibli characters Totoro and Princess Monononke, as well as classic anime and manga characters from Neon Genesis Evangelion, Berserk, and more. He’s even created some universe mash-up Good v Evil prints that bring together characters like Spider-Man, Yoda, Saitama, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and others against The Terminator, Kylo Ren, Darth Vader, Sideshow Bob, and more. There are even some illustrations from the Mitos y Leyendas Trading Card Game that he is working on.
