I think I only ever had one Twinkie as a kid, and then I tried them when they came back from the dead. I don’t remember the original, but the new incarnation is smaller, bland and impossibly greasy. As much as I love junk food, I don’t get what the attraction is. Still, for millions of Americans, Twinkies are king and now they can enjoy them in a new form… Ice Cream.
The new flavor is just one of three Hostess themed ice creams that will also include Sno-Balls and Hostess Cupcakes. Apparently, the budget didn’t include room for a flavor that was just titled “regret.” The new flavors will be available in a variety of convenience stores and supermarkets around the country, so be prepared to a new treat the next time you get really stoned.
