‘Apocalypse Now’ Video Game Kickstarter Backed By Coppola

There’s no arguing that ‘Apocalypse Now’ is one of the greatest films of all time. There’s also no arguing that most major game developers would turn it into a standard first person shooter that would suck the life out of the story. Thankfully, some of the people behind the games Fallout: New Vegas, Wasteland 2, and Far Cry have come together with Francis Ford Coppola to design a new type of immersive video game experience that will allegedly put the player on the boat and in the story.

I’ve got to say, this is definitely one of the more ambitious and innovative video game Kickstarters I’ve seen. If they can pull this off, it’s going to be a hell of a gaming experience.

You can support the Kickstarter campaign, which has already raised $70,000 out of their $900,000 goal, by clicking HERE.
