As a long time fan of Adventure Time, and the author of ‘Eating Ooo’, The Unofficial Adventure Time cookbook (Still available on Amazon), I’m sad to see Adventure Time go, but I’m kind of glad it’s getting a chance to end, given the horrible treatment that the series has been given of late by Cartoon Network. The Cable channel has been randomly dropping 4-episode blocks from the new season without any advertising for the last 6 months, making it impossible to know they are even out unless you are specifically looking for them.
Anyways, the show is coming to an end, though we have yet to get a release date for the finale. What we do know is that war is coming to the Candy Kingdom and it’s up to Finn, Jake, Bubblegum, Marceline, and all of our favorite inhabitants of Ooo to save the day.
