Alice Eve who can be recently seen in “She’s Out of My League” is currently in negotiations with 20th Century Fox to play the telepathic mutant sultriest, Emma Frost, in Matthew Vaughn’s X-Men: First Class.
Rosamund Pike was originally rumored to play Emma just last week. Since the surfacing of Eve, she is now linked to possibly playing Moira McTaggert, the world’s leading scientist on genetic mutation.
No other detail is available at the time aside from the very good chance that she would land the role.
If Eve is cast, she would join James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, and Benjamin Walker in the latest X-Men prequel set to hit theaters June 3, 2011.
Created by Chris Claremont and John Byrne, Emma Frost, formally known as The White Queen, made her first appearance in Uncanny X-Men #129. Aside from being telepathic, she posses a secondary mutant power that allows her to transform into diamonds.
