We just a couple of hours away from both the final trailer of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and tickets going on sale for the final film of the Skywalker saga, but there is so much going on with Star Wars that it isn’t surprising other news is popping up. No, we aren’t talking about the wide reports of people loving the first episode of the upcoming Disney+ series, The Mandalorian, we’re talking about the other Disney+ series people care about (sorry Cassian Andor), Obi-Wan starring Ewan McGregor.
In a new interview with the Happy Sad Confused Podcast, Joel Edgerton, the actor who played a younger Owen Lars in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, and Star Wars: Revenge of The Sith, addressed the possibility of returning to the franchise again. To us, the answer sounds as close to affirmative as you can get without having Disney’s drone army kill you in your sleep.
“There is a very real possibility. There’s potentially an assassin on a rooftop just outside the window if I say the wrong thing. I’d love to say all sorts of things. I’m just not going to.”
