Director James Wan gave Aquaman fans a sneak peak of Jason Mamoa in his traditional Aquaman Costume as well as a new stealth suit that he’ll be sporting in Aquaman 2. If the suit looks familiar, that’s because Wan says that it was inspired by 80’s “blue suit” that Aquaman sported in the comic books.
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is set to hit theaters on December `6th, 2022 with Jason Mamoa as Aquaman, Amber Heard (Mera), Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (David Kane/Black Manta), Patrick Wilson (Prince Orm Marius), Temuera Morrison (Tom Curry), Dolph Lundgren (King Nereus), and Pilou Asbæk in an undisclosed villain role.
