Avengers Endgame is just about to hit the market on blu-Ray, which means tons of DVD extras and deleted scenes. Today, USA today got the exclusive on one of those scenes and were kind enough to release it on social media.
The scene in question comes just after Tony’s big sacrifice and it features all the heroes (well, all but one) taking a knee in memory and respect for their fallen teammate. It’s a tear-jerker of a moment for sure, and one that could easily have worked in the theatrical release, especially if Marvel wanted to see thousands of grown men openly weeping. However, I Love you 3,002 doesn’t really have the same ring to it.
