the first full trailer is out for the third and probably final chapter in the Bad Boys franchise starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. As we rejoin our two favorite Miami detectives, they are a bit older, and one of them seems to have gone full Lethal Weapon/ Danny Glover. That’s right. He’s getting too old for this S#*!. However, before he can hang up his badge and gun and start a life of relaxation, his partner needs him for ONE LAST MISSION! Is it the most original premise for a movie? Nah, but the action in these movies are always a blast, you the chemistry between Smith and Lawrence is always good for plenty of laughs.
The new film was written by Joe Carnahan and Chris Bremner with Adil El Arbi & Bilall Fallah tackling directing duties. Along with Smith, Lawrence, and a returning Joe Pantoliano, the film also stars Vanessa Hudgens, Alexander Ludwig, Charles Melton, Paola Nunez, Kate Del Castillo, and Nicky Jam. Bad Boys for Life hits theaters January 17, 2020.
