Hugo Strange is one of the most Nefarious characters in the Batman universe and he’s now set to step into the TV version of that universe, FOX’s Gotham. Taking the role of the evil psychiatrist is none other than Law and Order: SVU’s favorite behavioral analyst, BD Wong.
