TableofContent (@tocpod) on Twitter, caught a great pic of a big Marvel Studios banner at D23 that not only shows off the characters of most of the upcoming Disney+ MCU series but also gives us a new look at A Celestial and what is reported as The Watcher.
To us, it looks more like a floating head than The Watcher. If that’s the case, we could be getting a look at the MCU take on either The Living Tribunal or Eternity. If it is actually the Watcher, There’s a good chance that the view we are seeing is how Uatu will be portrayed in the Disney+ What If? animated series. As for the Celestial, it could just be a tease of what’s to come from The Eternals. Also featured on the banner are The Falcon/ The Winter Soldier, Loki, Hawkeye, The Scarlet Witch/ Vision, The Black Widow, Thor, and Valkrie.
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
