I’m a Dwayne Johnson fan, but I really hate all the remakes of old movies I love. Still, if I had to picture him behind the wheel of the Pork Chop Express, I think it could be alright.
News came down late yesterday that they are thinking about remaking the 80’s cult classic Big Trouble in Little China and that the Rock was in talks for the lead. He’s got the right sense of humor for it and he could make it fun, but here’s my big problem with it.
Part of what made Big Trouble in Little China so great were the practical effects. There’s no way that they are not going to George Lucas all over this thing with CGI. What do you think?
