It’s hard to imagine Jim from the office directing one of the best horror films of the year, but it’s also hard to imagine him as the next Jack Ryan. We live in a crazy world. While we’ll have to wait until the summer to see his new Jack Ryan series on Amazon, we are going to finally get a look at ‘A Quiet Place,’ which co-stars Emily Blunt, who just happens to be his wife.
The film opens this Friday and tells the tale of a family who is trying to survive a post-invasion world where creatures hunt down anything that makes a sound. I wonder if that means they can’t eat beans?
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
