Bob’s Burgers continues to be the best animated series in FOX’s Animation Domination block of programming, but the show’s creators are about to unleash a whole new series on the network that could become a fast favorite among fans.
The Great North is set to drop on FOX in February of 2021. The new show tells the tale of the delightfully weird Tobin family (in the same vein as the Belchers). The new show features an excellent voice cast that includes Nick Offerman, Jenny Slate, Will Forte, Megan Mullally, Dulcé Sloan, Paul Rust, Aparna Nancherla, and Alanis Morissette as herself.
From BOB’S BURGERS creator Loren Bouchard, animated series THE GREAT NORTH follows the Alaskan adventures of the Tobin family, as a single dad does his best to keep his weird bunch of kids close, especially as the artistic dreams of his only daughter lead her away from the family fishing boat and into the glamorous world of the local mall. Featured voices on the series include Nick Offerman (“Parks and Recreation”), Jenny Slate (BOB’S BURGERS), Megan Mullally (“Will & Grace”) and Will Forte (“The Last Man on Earth”).
