First Trailer For ‘Archer Season 9’ – Danger Island

With the success of Archer: Dreamland, the Archer, and his team are about to embark on another genre-themed adventure. This time, they’ll be heading to a tropical island in the 1930’s for fun, intrigue and more ‘phrasing’ than you can shake a stick at.

Archer: Danger Island stars Sterling Archer (H. Jon Benjamin), Malory Archer (Jessica Walter), Lana Kane a.k.a. Princess Lanaluakalani (Aisha Tyler), Cheryl Tunt a.k.a. Charlotte Vandertunt (Judy Greer), Pam Poovey (Amber Nash), Cyril Figgis a.k.a. Siegbert Fuchs (Chris Parnell), Reynaud (creator Adam Reed) and the scarlet macaw Crackers (Lucky Yates). the new season premiers on FXX starting Wednesday, April 25th.

FXX’s Archer is an original animated, half-hour comedy that, in its ninth season, centers on the semi-functioning alcoholic seaplane pilot, Sterling Archer, a lush on the lush South Pacific island of Mitimotu in 1939. While the rest of the world is concerned about the impending Second World War, Archer is only concerned with who’s buying his next drink. Along with his trusty co-pilot Pam, Sterling must navigate quicksand, cannibals, super-intelligent monkeys, poison darts, pirates, and did we mention quicksand? Welcome to the mysterious and deadly world of Archer: Danger Island.
