Ever wondered what would happen if the Director of Clueless made a film about vampires starring the star of Clueless? Well, Wonder no more!
The first trailer just hit for Vamps, starring Alicia Silverstone and Krysten Ritter. They play two young and single vampires looking for a date. It sort of reminds me of a cross between clueless and Romi and Michelle’s High School Reunion.
Along with Silverstone and Ritter, the film also stars Sigourney Weaver, Dan Stevens, Marilu Renner and Kristen Johnston.
Vamps will get a theatrical release on 11/2 and will hit the DVD Stands on 11/13.
Official Synopsis:
Goody (Silverstone) and Stacy (Krysten Ritter) are addicted to the night life, clubbing, hooking up and always looking for the next thrill, all the while keeping a big a secret-they happen to be modern-day vampires. But even with lifetimes of dating experience behind them, the duo realizes they still have a lot to learn about love when Stacy unexpectedly falls for the son of a vampire hunter, and Goody runs into the man of her dreams from decades earlier.
