The once classic Hasbro board game is now a movie, and the first US trailer has finally been released in all it’s alien invading high sea battle glory. The film looks like a mix between Transformers (The alien ships transforms) and sure there are battleship, which totally lives up to its namesake. I’ll admit, I’m a little surprised by the trailer. It’s got a lot going on and it’s looking a lot better than I originally thought. Heck, I’m already looking forward to seeing more and hopefully some actual alien reveal (I’m sick of seeing tech ships).
“Battleship” stars Taylor Kitsch, Liam Neeson, Alexander Skarsgard, Brooklyn Decker, Josh Pence and Rihanna. The movie won’t be out until May 18th, 2012.
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
