Fox has released an eight minute extended preview for their new singing competition show “The X Factor.” Essentially super “American Idol” part 2, the preview introduces the show’s judges as well as two new contestants, 13-year-old singer named Rachel and 42-year-old underdog Stacy. Both of whom blew the judges away with their auditions.
“The X Factor” originated from the UK and is produced by executive producer Simon Cowell and his company Syco TV. The show is also credited with the discovery of now popular international star Leona Lewis.
“The X Factor’s” two night premiere begins on September 21st, 2011.
