Now we know who, we just need to find out where… Deadline Hollywood is reporting that Annihilation/ Jane the Virgin star Gina Rodriguez has signed on to don the red hat and trench coat in the Netflix live-action adaptation of Where in the world is Carmen San Diego. We don’t know much about the project right now, other than the streaming network is planning a full-length feature film based on the character. There is no director attached, but the plan is to get it all sorted out and start production sometime in 2010.
