Great news just popped up via Deadline Hollywood. Bryan Singer has just revealed that both Sir Ian Mckellen and Sir Patrick Stewart are both officially on board for X-Men: Days Of Future Past.
Here’s the official Tweet:
“I’d like to officially welcome back James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender and Nicholas Hoult to X-Men: Days Of Future Past. Also thrilled to announce Sir Ian Mckellen and Sir Patrick Stewart.”
This could be a little confusing, having two two Magnetos and two Professor X’s? Well, with the film sort of following the Days of Future Past Storyline, we know that time travel is involved.
When asked about it by Deadline, Singer (who is in New Zealand for the world premier of The Hobbit), Bryan Singer said “More to come.”
