I was not expecting to enjoy the first Jumanji reboot as much as I did, but here we are. It was a lot of fun and I’ve been looking forward to seeing what they would do to take the story to the next level. Well, they’ve clearly figured it out as the new film is actually called: Jumanji: The Next Level.
In the new film, the kids have to go back into the game to save their friend, but this time Danny DeVito and Danny Glover get sucked in with them, and some of their characters get swapped. Also, as the title implies, the group must face a whole new adventure as they have literally entered another level of the game.
Devito and Glover join a cast of returning talent that includes Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan, Jack Black, Awkwafina and Nick Jonas. Jumanji: The Next Level hits theaters on December 13th.
