Kid Cudi’s album, Entergalactic is about to become a lot more. Cudy and Kenya Barris are now developing the album into an animated series for Netflix geared towards adults. Between Love Death and Robots and Adi Shankar’s Castlevania adaptation, grown-up cartoons have proved to be a winner for the streaming network in the last couple years.
The album follows a young man on his journey to discover love. The new series will follow the same storyline with help and input from Barris, the co-creator of ABC’s Blackish and the upcoming reboot of Bewitched which is also slated for ABC.
