There’s been talk of a new He-Man/ Masters Of The Universe movie almost since Dolf Lungren and Courtney Cox took on Skeletor in the 1987 film adaptation.
Columbia is now announcing that they’ve brought in Terry Rossio to write a new draft of “Masters of the Universe.” Rossio has several big films under his belt including some of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” movies, “The Legend of Zorro,” “National Treasure: Book of Secrets” and “The Lone Ranger.”
On the flip side, we are pretty bummed to head that Jon M. Chu, who was attached to direct the film has left the project.
