Deadline is reporting that, for the second time, one of Marvel’s One-Shot videos has inspired a TV series. The first One-Shot to spawn a Tv series was Item 47, which was released along with The Avengers. It was the beginning of what would eventually become The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Now, The Agent Carter One-Shot that is coming out with Iron Man 3 is getting developed for TV by Marvel and ABC as well.
The new series will feature Hayley Atwell as Agent Carter, who you may remember as Captain America’s Girlfriend back during WWII. The story for the new series will cover her life as a secret agent after Cap’s disappearance into the ice.
