As we speak, Vin Diesel and his ‘family’ are hard at work on The Fast and The Furious 9, but very soon, we’ll be seeing Vin in the long-awaited live-action adaptation of the comic book Bloodshot. We’ve got guarded optimism for the film. It relies heavily on CGI that already feels a little outdated, but we’re hoping that there’s enough fun and action in the story to give us our next Vin Diesel cult film after Pitch Black and Chronicles of Riddick.

Bloodshot hits theaters on March 13 and stars Vin Diesel, Guy Pearce, Eiza Gonzalez, Sam Heughan, Lamorne Morris, Toby Kebbell, and Talulah Riley

Based on the bestselling comic book, Vin Diesel stars as Ray Garrison, a soldier recently killed in action and brought back to life as the superhero Bloodshot by the RST corporation.  With an army of nanotechnology in his veins, he’s an unstoppable force –stronger than ever and able to heal instantly.  But in controlling his body, the company has sway over his mind and memories, too.  Now, Ray doesn’t know what’s real and what’s not – but he’s on a mission to find out.
