New Deadpool Image Features Negasonic Teenage Warheard in New Mutants Uniform

Well this is interesting. Fox has already gone a long way to make sure Deadpool is integrated into their X-verse by having Colossus in the new film, but now we are getting a look at Negasonic Teenage Warheard in a New Mutants Uniform. As most people know, The New Mutants was the precursor to X-Force, one of the next mutant films that the studio has planned. They are also working on a New Mutants film.

While the team initially went away when Cable turned it into X-Force back in the late 90’s, a few new iterations of it have popped up over the years including a team that was a mix of new and old members in 2009 that included: Blink, Cannonball, Cypher, Karma, Magik, Magma, Mirage, Sunspot, Warlock, and X-Man.

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
