I grew up with the Mad Max films. They helped define what I expected of a post apocalyptic, distoptian future. That’s why I was nervous about the upcoming Mad Max: Fury Road. However, as the trailers started to roll out, I could see that this film really does look like the inevitable next step in George Miller’s universe.
Now, to help remind fans that this movie is part of a long legacy of films made over the last three decades, they’ve released a new trailer that is as much about the past as it is about the present.
