As we prepare for next month’s return of The Walking Dead to AMC, fans are still stinging from what they consider to be an unsatisfying death for Jesus. As it turns out, the only one not disappointed in the death was the actor playing Jesus, who was happy to leave the show behind after what he considered to be wasted opportunities and mismanagement of his character.
The big reveal that came along with his death was the first interaction between the survivors and the Whisperers, a group of baddies who hide inside skinsuits made from walker hides. While the intro to the new characters was a little lack-luster, we are holding out hope due to the excellent casting of Samantha Morton (fantastic beasts and where to find them) as Alpha and Sons of Anarchy star Ryan Hurst as Beta.
In this exclusive teaser for the second half of The Walking Dead: Season 9, fans of the show are greeted face-to-face with its new threat, the Whisperers, and their leaders, Alpha (Samantha Morton) and Beta (Ryan Hurst).
