Riding high off his turn as Erik Kilmonger in Marvel’s ‘Black Panther’, the promotional train is ratcheting up on his next project, the HBO adaptation of Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451, along with co-star Michael Shannon (The Shape of Water). We’ve previously gotten a small teaser for the film, but we are now getting our first full trailer for the film.
We’ll have a chance to see the whole thing when it hits HBO in May along with co-stars: Sofia Boutella, Laura Harrier, Keir Dullea, Martin Donovan, Grace Lynn Kung, and Jane Moffatt.
Fahrenheit 451 is based on Ray Bradbury’s classic novel. In a future where the media is an opiate, history is rewritten and “firemen” burn books, Jordan plays Guy Montag, a young fireman who struggles with his role as law enforcer and with his “mentor”, played by Shannon.
