In the battle between the Dwayne Johnson Hercules film and the Kellen Lutz Hercules film, Lutz’s Hercules: The Legend Begins is the first one out to the audience with trailers.
In this version, Lutz plays Demigod Hercules as we follow him on his quest for love. With a storyline like that, it is no surprise that this film comes from Summit, where Lutz also appeared in the Twilight Saga.
