Netflix has become a haven for great animated series lately. Bojack Horseman is coming back for a third series and the new Voltron series is pretty damned great. Now, Comedian Nick Kroll will be joining the pack with his own animated show on the streaming Network.
The show, Titled Big Mouth, is being described as a 10-episode half-hour “edgy, surreal animated comedy” and will be written by Kroll and his comedy partner, Andrew Goldberg.
Despite his current hit stage show, which features Kroll and John Mulaney as old men, the show is being described as “teenage adventures in puberty.” Along with both Kroll and Mulaney in the cast, Maya Rudolph, Jason Mantzoukas, Jordan Peele, Fred Armisen, Jenny Slate, and Jessi Klein will also be lending their talents.
