Take all rumors with a grain of salt, especially when they come to long-awaited movies. With that said, there’s a new rumor out there that the upcoming fifth Indiana Jones movie is going to tie into NASA’s moon landing. We don’t expect that the film will shoot in outerspace like the upcoming Tom Cruise film, or even in high altitude like Fast 9. However, we would not be surprised if a zero g Harrison Ford makes his way across a green screen moonscape in the film.

The details, from The Illuminerdi, are that Indy 5 will take place during the height of the space race in the 1960s. Mads Mikkelson will allegedly be playing the bad guy, possibly as a Nazi scientist and possibly a double agent embedded in NASA. Shaunette Renee Wilson is allegedly playing his CIA handler and will also be working for the bad guys. There’s still no word on who Phoebe Waller-Bridge will be playing. Meanwhile, Logan’s James Mangold is producing with John Williams composing the score and Kathleen Kennedy, Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall, and Simon Emanuel producing.
