Promotion has begun for Netflix’s Geekd week starting on Jun 6th. A teaser trailer was dropped setting the expectations very high (yet surprisingly lacking any Witcher reference), and special attention was focused on the upcoming adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s The Sandman. In addition to the teaser trailer, we also got a ton of new stills from Sandman that has now been released online. The biggest star of the new shots is Game of Thrones/ Star Wars star Gwendoline Christie as Lucifer, but we also get a great new shot of om Sturridge as Morpheus as he chats with his loyal raven, Matthew, Voiced by Patton Oswalt.
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
