Now that we’ve seen Melissa Benoist don the cape and red S and save a plane (and her sister, played by Chyler Leigh who died in a plane crash when she was on Grey’s Anatomy), it’s time to get a look at what we can expect for the rest of the season.
While there’s no hint of a crossover with Arrow or Flash yet, we do get a lot of great teases in this trailer including Peter Facinelli as Maxwell Lord, Reactron (Chris Browning), Vartox (Owain Yeoman), the Hellgrammite (Justice Leak), the Toyman (Henry Czerny), Red Tornado (Iddo Goldberg) and of course Alura Zor-El/Astra (Laura Benanti).
Supergirl starts at it’s regular time slot next monday at 8 PM.
