HBO Max is banking on a lot of nostalgia. They paid nearly half a billion dollars to get Friends on their streaming platform, and they are planning several reunion shows including both Friends and The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
Today, Will Smith dropped the trailer for his reunion special and it looks like it’s going to be the kind of thing that you want to bring a couple of tissues to, especially when they start talking about James Avery, AKA Uncle Phil. However, the show will also delve a little into some controversy as Smith has a sit down with the original Aunt Viv, Janet Hubert.
