In what’s possiblely the only reason I’d watch WWE RAW, WWE.com is reporting that Disney’s The Muppets will make a special guest appearance on RAW for the Halloween show, October 31st, from Atlanta to plug their new movie, “The Muppets.”
This wouldn’t be the first time RAW has had celebrity guest stars, but it’d probably one of the best just out of sheer obscurity. According to the WWE article, the Muppets will “step into the ring” with the WWE Superstars. I’m not sure how they’d work but I can see them appearing at tables doing commentary or some backstage hijinks. If they were a little bit more daring I can even see a Muppet *cough*Gonzo*Cough* wrestle someone.
No word yet as to whether human Muppet movie stars Jason Segel or Amy Adams will appear.
“The Muppets” will open in theatres nation wide this Thanksgiving.
