In the Tomorrow War, time travelers come to the present to recruit people to fight in a war taking place 30 years in the future against aliens. We have to wonder how they recruit these people and how they make sure they aren’t taking someone off to fight and die who could mess up the future timeline, but we’re sure a ton of thought has been put into making sure all the timey wimey stuff makes sense.
