“Wrath of the Titans,” the sequel to arguebly one of Warner Bros.’ worse films of 2010, “Clash of the Titans” is moving forward and has since received a release date for March 30th, 2012
If there’s any hope whatsoever, it’s that the film will be directed by Jonathan Liebesman (Battle: Los Angeles) and the original cast consisting of Sam Worthington, Gemma Arterton, Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes will reprise their original roles.
Nothing else is known about the sequel. It will be a brand new story based off the script penned by David Johnson (Red Riding Hood) and Greg Berlanti (Green Lantern).
I’m ashamed that I once used the words “awesome” and “amazing” to describe the “Clash of the Titans” remake. So I will temper my expectations this time around. Don’t let me down WB!
