It’s not 100% confirmed, but several sources are now saying that Tom Hiddleston, star of The Avengers movies and the upcoming Crimson Peak will be playing Morpheus
This adds him to a talent pool that in includes David Goyer as producer and Joseph Gordon-Levitt as the star.
Despite the delays, Levitt has assured fans that Neil Gaiman created “Sandman” will make it to the big the screen.
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
