Moviehole just reported that Zach Snyder will be moving from super heroes to wise old owls in his next feature. The movie, “Guardians of Ga’Hoole” will not only feature a kick ass story about group of barn owls whose home is threatened by evil, but it will also feature some big time voices.
Ryan Kwanten, Hugh Jackman and Hugo Weaving are lending their lungs to the project.
Kwanten (TVs “True Blood”) and Weaving (whose last voice-over part was providing the tongue for Megatron in “The Transformers”) join Hugh Jackman.
The film is being made by Animal Logic, the group who made Happy Feet, and is based on the first novel in a series of Children’s books by Kathryn Lasky.
