Jakks Pacific has obtain the license to produce a full line of action figures and playsets based on Disney’s upcoming “Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Strangers Tide.”
Fans and collectors alike can expect a series of 12″, 6″ and 4″ figures along with a Queen Anne’s Revenge Hero Ship Play Set.
Jakks Pacific has not made an official announcement on this line, but according to BadBadToyStore, the toys have a release date of March 2011.
“Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” is slated to open in 3D and 2D theaters on May 20, 2011, the film stars Johnny Depp, Geoffrey Rush, Penelope Cruz, Ian McShane, Kevin McNally, Stephen Graham, Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, Sam Claflin, Yuki Matsuzaki and Gemma Ward.
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
