SDCC 2011: DC Comics Spy vs Spy Custom Figure Expo

At Comic-Con, everyone is so focused on the new products that are coming out to purchase that sometimes some of the smaller things go on unnoticed. We’ll have full coverage of the DC booth shortly, but first let’s check out one small part of it. It isn’t a new product announcement or anything like that, it’s just an awesome custom figure exhibit based entirely around MAD Magazine’s Spy vs Spy.

The figures were customized by artists ranging from MAD Magazine legend Al Jaffe, to popular artist Andrew Bell and even online toy vivisectionist Jason Freeny as well as many others.

It would br great if DC actually did some limited runs on the figures, but there is little chance that will ever happen. So, take a look at them here and then think about which one you’d like to have in your collection.
